Fumigo is a disposable personal vapour filter intended for use with vaping devices. Products are sold for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order applies.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. Until that point, no agreement exists.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or payment failure. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you indicate, other than the carrier) receive the product; for an order delivered in parts, the last part counts. You can withdraw via the Withdraw from contract button, with the model withdrawal form, or with any other clear statement by email (hello@fumigo.eu) or post (Goeseelsstraat 15, 4817 MV Breda, the Netherlands). Via the button you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away.
After your withdrawal we refund all payments received from you within 14 days, including the original standard shipping costs, using the same payment method and free of charge. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown that you have sent it back. You send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal; the direct cost of returning it is yours. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Exception (hygiene): every Fumigo comes in its own sealed pouch and touches your mouth during use. Once the seal of a unit has been broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that unit (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). Units with a still-sealed pouch can be withdrawn within 14 days; for a partial withdrawal we refund the corresponding part of the price (pro rata of the pack price).

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights: if a product is defective or not in conformity, you are always entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.
We are liable in accordance with the law. Damage caused by using Fumigo in a way other than described in the product information is not our responsibility, unless that damage results from a defect in the product.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or where mandatory law does not allow it (such as statutory product liability). Your statutory rights in respect of a defective product always remain fully in place.
All content on fumigo.eu, including text, images, design and branding, is owned by Tradelinc B.V. and may not be reproduced without permission.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@fumigo.eu. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the relevant consumer authority in your country.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on fumigo.eu at the time of your order applies.
